Please report unethical behavior to help build a transparent and fair Goodai Global. The identity of the reporter and all report details are fully protected under strict legal and institutional policy.

Before You Report

This Speak Up Portal is for reporting suspected misconduct, unethical behavior, violations of the law, or breaches of the Company's Code of Ethics. You may submit your report anonymously. All reports are handled with strict confidentiality. Intentionally false or malicious reports may result in disciplinary action in accordance with Company policy.

3. Report Details

Include as much detail as possible such as persons involved, date, location, background, and sequence of events.

You may attach images or documents (up to 5 files, max. 10MB each)

The User ID and Password you create below will be usedto access your report status and any responses from the investigation team.

Must be at least 8 characters and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.

Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection
To ensure the thorough processing of reports, GOODAI GLOBAL's Online Whistleblowing Center collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary. You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information; however, doing so may make it difficult to process your report. The information collected includes: Name, Email Address, Phone (Mobile) Number, Details of the Report (Title, Report Type, Content, Relationship to the Subject Company), Report Verification ID and Password, and IP Address. If you do not wish to provide your name, email address, or phone number, you may submit your report anonymously. In the case of an anonymous report, we do not identify the Reporting Persons using IP addresses or any other information.
Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The purpose of collecting and using personal information is to process reports, verify additional details if necessary, provide receipt notices, award Reporting Persons bonuses, and handle subsequent operational actions and issue responses arising from the report.
Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
In principle, personal information collected through the Online Whistleblowing Center system is retained for 3 years after the completion and closure of the reported case. However, if separate retention is required beyond this period for purposes such as Reporting Persons rewards, follow-up actions, or issue responses, the information will be retained until such purposes are achieved.

For the purpose of processing your report, your personal information may be provided by GOODAI GLOBAL to related companies. You have the right to refuse consent to the provision of your personal information; however, doing so may make it difficult to process your report. Furthermore, if you do not wish to provide your name, email address, or phone (mobile) number, you may only submit an anonymous report.

    • TIRTIR, CRAVER Corporation (SKIN1004), SEORIN Company (Roundlab), SKINFOOD, House of HUR Korea, IUNIK, Dr.Nineteen, ESEVE, GOODAI GLOBAL USA, GOODAI GLOBAL JAPAN
  • Provided Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone (Mobile) Number, Details of the Report (Title, Report Type, Content, Relationship to the Subject Company)
  • Purpose of Provision: Processing reports, verifying additional details if necessary, providing receipt notices, awarding Reporting Persons bonuses, and handling subsequent operational actions and issue responses arising from the report
  • Retention and Use Period: Same as specified in the "Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information"
